UCD Investors and Entrepreneurs Society Revenue and Competitors

The mission of the UCD Investors and Entrepreneurs Society is to:\n\nConnect students passionate about investing and entrepreneurship.\n\nWe aim to:\n\n- Provide a platform for alumni and professionals to mentor and educate students from all degree disciplines to ensure the highest caliber of students attain careers within Banking, Consulting, Trading, Finance and Entrepreneurship.\n\n- Increase the students’ knowledge of the various sectors of banking, consulting, trading and finance by providing practical experience through mock M&A deals, case studies, trading competitions, equity analysis pitches, and interview and CV preparation workshops.\n\n- Promote Entrepreneurship with the support of Nova UCD (UCD’s Innovation Hub) to ensure graduates are highly-skilled, innovative and entrepreneurial to grow new businesses and to compete effectively for international employment.\n\n- Through life-long learning, continuing professional development and executive education, we ensure we make an effective contribution to maintaining and enhancing the skills and talents of the population, which is the lifeblood of the economy and society.\n\n- We strive to have a diverse society that deliberately encourages equality and encourage students from all degree disciplines so as to achieve a gender and age balance.\n\nThe Society was launched in the 2012 - 2013 academic year and is currently in its 10th Session.
