Founded in the year 2014 as TripClues.com, the company converted as a private limited in the year 2016. In the existence of 3. 5 years we have acquired close to 20000 customers. We have close to 800+ hotel tie-ups and have made 10000 bookings till date We have grown at the rate of 3X in FY 2016-17 in terms of Turnover and revenues. We are an online travel company which provides personalised travel booking with one to one focus. The solution we provide is a unique combination of online booking and localised service. A Hybrid online booking model with personalised one to one interaction with localised service. To add local flavors for each city we have dedicated representatives called “Travel Buddy†with local city knowledge who gets in touch with each customer booking with us. We believe that Indian Consumer have very different buying behaviour. They seek a person to identify with the product or service for a purchase. Hotel purchase is more sensitive than consumer product as it directly related to their personal and family safety. Hence the amalgamation of offline and online methods is the need of the hour for online commerce to be able to fully enable the fast-growing customer base. The Objective - To Create a digital platform to be able to appear in all the searches of the consumer's desire to book travel. - Offer travel solutions curated and tailored to the consumer fit. - Redefine advocacy to be able to provide personalized and predictive travel. - Build an interface to assists customers with their booking and guide them throughout their travel by analyzing each individual consumers behavior and patterns.
