Enjoy Napa Valley Wine Tasting in a Unique, Romantic Setting Located at the Meritage Resort and Spa, our family-run winery is managed by Garrett and Betsy Busch and was founded by Garrett’s parents. Our wines are approachable, fruit-forward and balanced. Latin for “trinity", Trinitas represents the Holy Trinity, a central Christian concept integrated into our winery’s mission and winemaking philosophy: sun, soil, humanity. “Sun” represents God. “Soil” represents the combination of God and man on earth. “Humanity” represents our growers, winemaker and extended family—who ultimately make the wine a memorable experience that brings people together. Enjoy our beautiful Estate Cave tasting room, located 40 feet underground, offering custom flights of our Trinitas Cellars current release wines. We offer custom flights, wine and chocolate pairings and a reserve flight. Weather permitting, we offer vineyard tours through our Estate Cave and guests are welcome to explore our vineyard and hike up to the iconic Grape Crusher statue sitting at the top. No appointment necessary to join us in the Estate Cave. Open 11 am - 7 pm daily. Just across the street, join us at the Trinitas Library, our private tasting room. In the Library, enjoy the opportunity to taste our reserve wines and library vintages in a private and intimate setting. Tastings are by appointment only in the Trinitas Library and are fully customizable to your liking.
