We will help you find and retain qualified individuals who are ready to work and dedicated to maintaining long-term, full-time employment. Our services will provide economic benefits to you, the employer, and will have a direct impact on your bottom-line. At no cost to you, we will meet your workforce needs by:Pre-screening program participants to provide the best job candidate matches for your employment needs; Supporting newly hired employees, for at least 6 months after the start of employment, to adjust to their jobs and address any work-life balance issues that may arise - a common reason for employee absenteeism and turnover during the first year of employment; and Providing access to Towards Employment's Supportive Services for recently hired low-income employees, including any qualifying individual who gets a job without the support of Towards Employment. Towards Employment also offers the following services, on a contract basis: Supervisory training for front-line supervisors. We can tailor the curriculum to meet your company's specific needs with continuing education credits available for many professions. Our nationally recognized job retention program, Achieve, is custom-designed to assist you in reducing employee turnover and enhancing job retention among all entry-level workers or specific groups and categories of employees. Towards Employment has successfully matched thousands of motivated individuals with many Cleveland area companies , ranging from small contractors to large multi-national corporations -- for over 15 years. And, we have successfully partnered with more than 20 work sites over the last 3 years to provide customized retention services.
