Tip Top Tux was established in 2008 by Keith Ladsten, CEO, and Bethann Froistad, President, after the purchase and rebranding of long time Sioux City-based Company, Randall's Formalwear. Keith along with his wife and business partner, Bethann, has continued to add stores across additional markets in the Midwest for the past 10 years. In 2015 Keith and Bethann launched Dream Dress Express. Dream Dress Express offers designer dresses at a fraction of the price. We're building a fresh, new concept in the wedding and event industry in our local areas with in-stock options as well as established and up-and-coming designers. Tip Top Tux purchased Al's Formal Wear in 2017. This expansion will allow our company to service clients throughout the U.S. as the top formal wear specialist. This acquisition makes Tip Top Tux a strong competitor against national brands by incorporating storefronts with an online model, allowing clients to choose their own customized experience. Clients can choose the way they want to do business -as well as choose their delivery method. Tip Top Tux completed the purchase of Suit-Up and Xedo in August of 2018, which transferred more than $27M in assets to Tip Top Tux, Inc., backed by London based Boost and Company. This acquisition will build upon our existing successes and cement the company's strategy of combining retail store fronts with an on-line model, allowing consumers more choice and flexibility than ever before.
