What Is The Talon News?
The Talon is a student-run newspaper on the campus of Oklahoma Christian University. Dr. Philip Patterson is the staff advisor. The Talon is one of the oldest organizations on campus, dating back to before 1980. New articles are published daily at 10 a.m. The Talon is made up of four sections: news, features, sports, and opinions. The staff and writers generally come from the journalism department but we have welcomed and do welcome students from other departments on campus as well. The Talon would love to hear from its readers and welcome comments and responses to articles and suggestions for upcoming stories. We are here to provide the news to the Oklahoma Christian campus and the community.
