As an AHRQ listed Patient Safety Organization, The PSO Advisory provides pharmacies, pharmacy-related organizations and hospitals with innovative, expert guidance for addressing systems and policies as they relate to the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act (PSQIA) of 2005. Knowledge workers at The PSO Advisory focus on medication error analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for a variety of pharmacy clients. The PSO Advisory serves as an impartial, external expert to collect, aggregate, review, analyze and store Patient Safety Work Product securely and confidentially.
