Opened in April 2012 the site hosts a coffee research and testing facility, artisan bakery and luscious open garden of heirloom vegetables, fragrant herbs, fresh fruit and flowers. With a nod to the sites heritage, which originally included a mix light industry such as tanneries, wool washing and market gardens, The Grounds provides a wholesome and produce-driven dining experience complemented by a range of hand-made organic breads, jams and pastries.
