What Is The Foundation for Shared Impact?
FSI is a one-stop-shop for social impact. We nurture the next generation of social impact leaders and create an ecosystem for them to create impact at scale. Over the past 8 years, we have been involved in the founding, co-founding, or scaling of more than 40 social impact organizations in Hong Kong and elsewhere in Asia. Our Mission Our mission is to solve society's most challenging problems through community building and sharing resources. We do this by helping high-impact organizations reach their full potential by resolving bottlenecks, maximizing resources, and scaling their social impact toward addressing problems at the systemic level. We aim to build a generation of leaders that will usher in the next iteration of impact- and purpose-driven capitalism, emphasizing long-term incentives and sustainable business models, powered by a higher education model that emphasizes impact-based learning. Our Shared-Impact Philosophy At FSI, we believe that systemic problems require solutions with broad collaboration. We bring people together to share information, resources, and knowledge so that goals and operations are synchronized, resources are maximized, and overlap and waste are minimized. We fight against social inequality and environmental degradation, while fighting for human rights and dignity. We stand with any organization that shares our values, and will do whatever we can to support you in your mission. We believe this necessitates sharing resources, communicating openly - about both successes and failures - and cheering each other on. Visit our website to learn more about our work and our portfolio of social businesses.
