The Community Housing Group (TCHG) was established in March 2005, and is a registered housing provider regulated by Homes England. The organisation is non-profit making and consists of four subsidiaries. The Parent (TCHG) is a registered housing provider with approx 5,900 properties in management. Oakleaf Commercial Services provides housing repairs, construction, bespoke joinery and PVC-u doors and windows as well as Grounds Services.
