Our company history goes back as far as 1992. Applying the experience gained in both the Army and at the UK's two largest resellers, our Chairman Graham Burns sought to create and develop a company offering a supply service to lead the market. An in-depth understanding of the supply channel together with a passion for the industry resulted in the creation of The Change Organisation, one of the first independent distributors of IT hardware. Since our incorporation, year-on-year growth has resulted in a client base of over 2,500 IT companies supplying hardware to many of the Times Top 1000 customers. Our turnover exceeds £32 million and we employ over 40 people at our headquarters in Whitstable, Kent. During this time we have continued to provide charitable support to the local community, the total of which over the past 10 years is now approaching £250K.
