Continuing Healthcare Services The Superior Healthcare Group has built a considerable reputation for providing complex care packages to meet the needs of children & adults who have birth related illnesses including respiratory & neuromuscular conditions, as well as acquired & traumatic brain & spinal injuries. We work closely with partners who include CCGs, NHS & LA Disability Teams, Case Managers & Catastrophic Injury Lawyers. We offer round-the-clock care including long-term ventilation cases as well as smaller packages or short term/respite services which are overseen by our Lead Nurses. Temporary Nursing Staff We provide a temporary nurse recruitment service and work alongside Private & NHS Hospitals, GP Surgeries & Clinics, Prisons, Schools & Nursing Homes to cover contingent staffing requirements. Temporary Care Staff We engage a large workforce which includes Healthcare Assistants & Support Workers as well as Senior Carers & Team Leaders, who are available for shifts starting from just 4 hours. Permanent Recruitment Services The Superior Healthcare Group is actively working with & placing Care & Nursing Home Managers, Area/Operations Managers & other senior candidates who are currently working within the health & social care sector. Superior Healthcare Training We employ a team of trainers who include clinicians & PTTLS/AET qualified health & social care trainers, who deliver a syllabus of more than 30 training courses including the Care Certificate at our training centres which are conveniently located throughout Kent as well as at our clients premises.
