We deliver key executive hires, build out whole teams, or bring the right operational advisors into the room. Our mission is to drastically improve hiring processes by combining human expertise with technology and data. We’ve spent the last 5 years, hundreds of hires, thousands of days, and millions of data points optimising our model, deepening our know-how, and iterating on our technology stack – yet for us, this is only the beginning. The Big Search originally started out as the executive search firm Tomato Talent and rebranded in 2020. We’re always looking for bright individuals who fit our culture to join the journey!
