What Is Tempo Australia?
Tempo Australia Ltd is an ASX-listed (ASX:TPP) multidisciplinary provider of maintenance and construction services to major operators in the resources, commercial and industrial sectors. Co-founded in 2011 by Carmelo (Charlie) Bontempo, Tempo was established to provide SMP (Structural, Mechanical and Piping) services to the mining, oil and gas sectors primarily. Since then, Tempo has developed a strong reputation for quality, delivery, productivity and client responsiveness. Today the Company provides services and solutions for greenfield and brownfield construction, maintenance, sustaining capital works and shutdowns and has become a chosen partner of choice for blue chip customers. In 2016 Tempo expanded its maintenance and construction capability with the acquisition of Cablelogic, which provides electrical, telecom, data communications and solar services to the resources, telecommunications, commercial and industrial building construction industries. Tempo's vision and values reflect its founder's passion for maintenance and construction, and deep commitment to engaging frontline workers to safely deliver services and solutions that add value to its clients.
