TAS, located in San Marcos, Texas, began business in 1998 and is currently providing technical services to the private and governmental telecom and electric sectors. The Owner and four-person management team have a combined 110 years of experience in the business. TAS is a certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). Our primary focus is providing services such as GIS/GPS services, FTTX Planning and Design Software and Services, technical personnel outsourcing, cable route services, and telecommunication design services. The GIS/GPS service offering includes a mapping service bureau that provides a platform for secure data storage and access via the Internet, GPS data collection, CAD/GIS data conversion, and GIS software consulting. TAS provides temporary technical staff to meet our customer’s peak workload demands. These experienced technicians are knowledgeable in design, splicing, route maintenance and locating, central office, and GIS/GPS.
