TeleVet is lowering barriers to veterinary care for pets through remote healthcare technology. We do this by helping clinics responsibly engage and interact with their clients through VCPR compliant telemedicine to provide trusted diagnosis and treatment plans for pet owners who may not be able to come in for a visit due to time or travel constraints or just simply desire convenience. Pet owners may submit consultation requests to their veterinary clinic detailing an issue and uploading any images or videos. The clinic receives the client's request in their queue and the veterinarians at the clinic are immediately notified. When a vet is ready, they may assign the case to themselves for review and can begin instant messaging if needed. Additionally they may schedule a live video chat to get a better view of the pets issue. Once complete, they can resolve the case and upload the medical record to the practice management system for future reference (we store the video chats as well). We handle the payment processing and instantly deposit the money into the clinics account. To help with pet owner compliance on follow ups, we also enable vets at the clinic to submit consult requests to pet owners! Pricing for each type of consult is set by the clinic.
