Tech-Marine Business, Inc. (TMB) was established as a Small Business in the Commonwealth of Virginia on July 7, 1997. Today as an Employee-Owned Small Business, we are headquartered in Washington DC and have over 180 full-time employees. We have built our reputation providing focused support services to the Navy - primarily Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) programs and affiliated Program Executive Officers (PEO) and to the Office of Naval Research (ONR). TMB’s core capabilities include Acquisition Management, Business Financial Management (BFM), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Program Management, Engineering, Technical, GFE/GFM Management and Logistics support. Our customers include PEO IWS, PMS 326, PMS 317, PMS 377, PMS 501, PMS 505, PMS 397, PMS 401, PMS 415, PMS 339, SEA 05, the NATO Sea Sparrow Program Office and Warfare Systems Program Office (WSPO) NSWC Dahlgren Division.
