Taff is a strong business, with a record of confidence from lenders and the Regulator, achieving standard judgements in governance, finance and services at each assessment. We develop new homes which are safe, attractive and affordable, and invest in our existing properties. But we also work with individuals and communities to develop their resilience, aspirations and ambitions. We believe that a person's past does not have to dictate their future. We have committed to Build Foundations for Better Futures , using the principles of the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act to guide us in our plan which takes us to 2022.
