Diana Wright opened her first staffing agency in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1990. In 1995, she decided to move her business to Northwest Arkansas. Since that time TRS Healthcareâ„¢ has grown to become one of the largest suppliers of medical staff in the country. In 2005, TRS Healthcareâ„¢ became the 6th Healthcare Staffing Company to be certified by the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, a distinction that few staffing companies have achieved.
