TGC Development Group functions as a preferred developer for its clients and through its subsidiary holding companies and strategic partnerships, it owns and operates franchised restaurant and hotel locations nationwide. We are constantly reviewing and analyzing business and investment opportunities that can add value and provide long term success and returns to our holding companies and investment partners. TGC Hospitality Management is a Hospitality Management company founded in 2015 and is made up of team members with a combined 40 years of property and asset management. Community is one of the core focus’ of our teams’ vision and culture. When we enter a community to operate hotels, we do not take the responsibility of being a “good neighbor” lightly. TGC works with the local municipalities, citizens, non-profit organizations and neighboring businesses to add value by being a “giver” not a “taker”.
