What Is Swan Taxis Western Australia?

Since our inception in 1928, Swan Taxis has grown to be the largest taxi dispatch service in Western Australia, servicing Perth and regional centres. In that time we have also become an iconic part of the Western Australian community, providing a range of taxi services, and travel choices, to our valued customers. We stand proud of our dedicated staff and extensive group of drivers, which are jointly committed to providing the very best service to our customers through living our mission, vision and values. Swan Taxis also has a strong history of contributing to the community. To this day we continue to support many local charities and community groups. We’re Part of Something Big Whilst our foundations are local, we are backed by one of the largest land transport companies in the world. As a member of ComfortDelGro, we are backed by a group with world-wide expertise in the transport of people, a global workforce, a global shareholder base and a global outlook. The Group was formed on 29 March 2003 through the merger of two land transport companies - Comfort Group and DelGro Corporation. Both had started out in the 1970s and had, by the time of the merger, grown to become successful listed land transport companies. Following the merger, ComfortDelGro has expanded significantly and now operates in seven countries and has a global fleet of over 44,000 vehicles. ComfortDelGro’s businesses include bus, taxi, rail, car rental and leasing, automotive engineering services, inspection and testing services, driving centres, insurance broking services and outdoor advertising. Apart from being the market leader in Singapore, ComfortDelGro has a significant overseas presence. The Group’s operations currently extend from the United Kingdom and Ireland to Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia, as well as across 11 cities in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang and Chengdu.
