With offices in Augusta and Yarmouth, Summit Natural Gas of Maine delivers safe, efficient, clean and affordable natural gas to residential and commercial customers in the Kennebec Valley, the towns of Cumberland, Yarmouth and Falmouth, and in other locations across the state of Maine. Summit Natural Gas of Maine, Inc. was organized in Maine in 2012, and our parent company, Summit Utilities, Inc., was founded in 1997 by two entrepreneurially-minded executives. They recognized a need to deliver a more cost-effective and environmentally-sustainable fuel option to residences and businesses in rural areas where other utilities could not or would not serve with natural gas. While the company started in Colorado, we have since grown to provide safe, clean and affordable natural gas to businesses and residents in five states through our companies Colorado Natural Gas, Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc., Summit Natural Gas of Maine, Inc. and Arkansas Oklahoma Gas Corporation.
