What Is Streamline Properties?

STREAMLINE PROPERTIES is the pioneer real estate brokerage of Miami Beach’s historic Art Deco District. Established in 1984 during the renaissance of South Beach, we championed the preservation of Art Deco architecture in neighborhoods inspired by Ocean Drive, the cinematic backdrop that transformed South Beach into a gold mine. Initially focused on development, STREAMLINE acquired and renovated historic apartment buildings in the Flamingo Park neighborhood as well as prime commercial space on Washington Avenue in downtown South Beach. Leasing and property management soon followed. As we gained a reputation for innovative restoration projects and property management know-how, we recruited a strong sales team of professional agents and expanded into a full-service brokerage business.
