Stoneridge, Inc. is an independent designer and manufacturer of highly engineered electrical and electronic components, modules and systems for the automotive, medium- and heavy-duty truck, agricultural and off-highway vehicle markets. The Company's custom-engineered products are predominantly sold on a sole-source basis and consist of application-specific control devices, sensors, vehicle management electronics and power and signal distribution systems. The Company conducts its business in two operating segments, Vehicle Management and Power Distribution and Control Devices. The core products of the Vehicle Management and Power Distribution segment include vehicle electrical power and distribution systems and electronic instrumentation and information display products. The core products of the Control Devices segment include electronic and electrical switch products, actuator products and sensor products.
