Headquartered in Novi, Mich., Learning Care Group, Inc. provides early education and care services to children between the ages of six weeks and 12 years under several brands: The Children’s Courtyard, Childtime Learning Centers and Tutor Time Child Care / Learning Centers.Between these brands, Learning Care Group has nearly 500 centers (corporate and franchise) with a system-wide capacity to serve close to 80,000 children in the U.S. and internationally.The children are cared for and educated by approximately 10,000 dedicated Center Directors and staff. A team of more than 175 employees in our Novi, Mich., office provide support within a culture of service excellence. On January 10th, 2006, Learning Care Group, Inc. was acquired by A.B.C. Learning Centres Limited (ASX: ABS) – the largest childcare service provider in Australia.
