HOW WE WORK We provide short-term vacation homes on a monthly payment basis. The clients do not need to provide ID, Ejari contract, or any other documents! We will only ask you for a minimal deposit to cover any accidents during the stay. DEWA, gas, electricity, A/C, water, maintenance are all included within the monthly rent! Our support team is always there for any maintenance and cleaning services. Moreover, our partners can provide concierge and car-rental! We are one of kind company - ZERO commission. WHAT WE PROVIDE We have listings for studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as villas. All the apartment are located in popular areas of Dubai such as JBR, Dubai Marina, JLT, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Downtown and Business Bay. All our apartments are fully furnished and match high standards for vacation homes. It includes: central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, television, kitchen, kitchenware, kettle, fridge, washing machine, cooker, microwave, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, toiletries, towels, and linen.
