Over the past 50 years SMC has acquired and managed over 6,000 apartment units and five million square feet of office, retail, mixed-use and industrial space valued at over $2 billion, across 12 states and 25 cities throughout the U.S. SMC’s investment partners have included, Northwestern Mutual, Kemper Insurance, Prudential, as well as, multiple high net worth, private equity and family office investors of both domestic and foreign sources.
