Any surpluses are ploughed back into intiatives and projects that improve public health and wellbeing. This enables us to work flexibly, innovatively and respond to the needs of local communities and deliver care that is personalised and effective. This also means that we remained focus on people (staff, partners, service users and the community). Our clinically-led and employee-led model means we we give staff a real say in Spectrum's future direction and influence in the way the organisation is run and managed. We employ a range of experienced health professionals including GPs, nurses and pharmacists to ensure we deliver high quality services.
