Spectrum Communication Services, Inc. was established in May of 1983 with 5 clients and 5 employees. Mari and Roy Osmon started the company with the vision of providing the best in customer service and technology, and have been industry leaders ever since. Back in 1983, no one had heard the buzz word “CTI” (Computer Telephony Integration), yet they were the first in the industry to use a system that was precisely this. Working closely with their vendor, Amtelco, based in McFarland, WI, the Osmons helped to develop one of the most powerful systems in the Answering Service industry. Over the years, Spectrum has grown into a company with over 50 employees and over 600 clients. Mari and Roy Osmon have become leaders in their industry, respected and well-known nation-wide. Mari Osmon has been a seminar leader for their national association, ATSI (Association of TeleServices International) as well as past president for NAEO (National Amtelco Equipment Owners). Through their participation in these organizations, they have been instrumental in expanding the vision of the industry and its technology.
