At Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Network, we believe in Indigenous Health in Indigenous Hands. We are a diverse and dynamic multiservice Indigenous health and wellness agency. We strive to provide quality, wholistic health services by sharing and promoting traditional and western health practices to enable people to live in a more balanced state of well-being. When you join SOAHAC, you are joining a team of over 100 committed and passionate professionals specializing in primary care, mental health, traditional healing, midwifery, dentistry, and other service areas who ensure health services are accessible, of high quality, and are culturally appropriate to Indigenous peoples across Southwestern Ontario. We have locations in Chippewa of the Thames (Muncey), London, Owen Sound, Waterloo Wellington and Windsor, and serve the communities of Caldwell First Nation, Eelünaapéewi Lahkéewiit (Delaware Nation at Moraviantown), Neyaashiinigmiing (Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation), Saugeen First Nation (Chippewas of Saugeen) and Aamjiwnaang First Nation. We aim to empower Indigenous families and individuals to live a balanced state of well-being through our work.
