Southern Hotel Revenue and Competitors

Located 45 minutes north of New Orleans in the quaint town of Covington, the Southern Hotel’s vaunted history of hospitality began in 1907. The mission-style building, with its wide archways and a lush center courtyard, provide a perfect backdrop for business and leisure travelers. In addition to its 42 guest rooms, the Southern Hotel will feature a 2,400-sq. ft. ballroom that can be configured for meetings, conferences and special events. A restaurant, upscale bar, spa treatment and fitness rooms round out the luxurious amenities. The boutique property is expected to open in late 2013.
