Kaolin Mushroom Farms and South Mill Mushroom Sales are moving to become much more than just a quality mushroom supplier to our customers. By expanding our logistics services, our cold storage services and our portfolio of food products, which now include a select range available 12 months a year from around the world. These products include; kiwifruit, garlic (fresh and peeled), shallots (fresh and peeled), ginger, sun-dried tomatoes, as well as 20 varieties of dried chili peppers. In 2011 we introduced new equipment that allows us to provide Individually Quick Frozen mushrooms in any dimensional configuration desired by our customers. White mushrooms, portabellas, and cremini's are all processed for our IQF customers. Additionally, we can custom freeze other food and produce items for packers and growers who require seasonal overflow capacity or consistent year round packing support. We have also established the concept of blendability which allows us to provide our customers with a healthy and low cost option. South Mill owns four Distribution Centers in Houston, Atlanta, Dallas and New Orleans. They receive mushroom deliveries from our corporate facility in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania six days a week. South Mill has the ability to offer a wide variety of custom packaging for our customers that include customer wrapping, place packs and private labeling. We offer our customers daily deliveries via our refrigerated transportation fleet in conjunction with third party carriers that we have utilized over the many years we have serviced our various geographic regions.
