SOLID COMFORT, INC. was founded in 1981 as a manufacturer of a diversified line of solid wood furniture products for residential and commercial markets. The manufacturing facility is located at 3931 - 37th Avenue SW, Fargo, ND 58104. In 1985 the company focused on expanding the contract sales division, specializing in Hospitality Furniture. Today, motel furniture collections are marketed to most major franchise brands as well as to many independent, non-franchised properties. The manufacturing plant consists of a first floor production area with a mezzanine office and spacious showroom. Numerous motel furniture collections are on display in the showroom, which is open daily, Monday through Friday. The furniture is produced with the aid of several modern production machines. Optimized gang rip saw, numerically controlled molders, CNC routers, dovetail machine and panel saws are all used to produce our quality furniture built to order. Manufacturing software guides each order through the production process and bar coding devices provide up to the minute reporting of each order's progress. The production department prides itself in maintaining an excellent record of on time completions and deliveries, both large and small.
