However, despite the increase in meet-ups and gatherings, there has been a noticeable lack of consistency in protocol and content, with many events heavily reliant on vendor participation. Recognizing the need for a centralized, vendor-neutral space where practitioners of all levels can communicate, network, and grow, the Society for People Analytics was born.
