What Is Smartflats?

Smartflats is a Brussels' based start-up that develops a chain of stylish short-term furnished flats powered by technology and modern communications. Our ambition is to set a new standard on the hospitality market by offering value and services unrivalled by traditional hotels and serviced apartments operators. Since 2012, Smartflats opened 90+ apartments in Brussels, Antwerp, Liège and Waterloo, and launched services such as a concierge and room service.
