Our operating territory in the United States currently includes the Pacific Northwest, Intermountain West, Southwest, South, and Southeast regions under the Dunkinâ?? Donuts, Little Caesars, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, and Sizzler Family Steakhouse brands. Internationally, we operate Little Caesars in Mexico and Dunkinâ?? Donuts through a joint venture in Shanghai, China. Our brands emphasize convenience and value for consumers with operations and systems designed to minimize customer wait time while providing quality food that everyone can enjoy.\r\n\r\nOur company started in 1963 as a Sizzler licensee looking to bring one of the original fast casual experiences to the Intermountain region. Over the next 25 years Sizzling Platter added numerous locations with the Sizzler brand. In 1993, Sizzling Platter opened the first of its Red Robin Gourmet Burger locations in addition to three branded concepts. In 2006, Sizzling Platter management partnered with Valor Equity Partners to accelerate growth and entered the Little Caesars brand in 2007. Sizzling Platter further expanded its concept offering in 2012 by entering the Dunkinâ?? Donuts system in 2012. More recently we have expanded our brands to include several Wingstop locations in the West, with plans for expansion in other states.
