We are the largest school district in Pottawatomie County, a community known for its rich history and diverse community. Located just 35 miles from Oklahoma City, Shawnee is a growing city that is home to Oklahoma Baptist University and Gordon Cooper Technology Center. Our philosophy at Shawnee Public Schools is to give students and staff everything necessary to be successful.
