According to research studies, the 21st century requires individuals to be flexible, creative, self-directed, and self-managed. These studies state that workers must be prepared to be effective, independent planners. They must also be well organized and manage time wisely. An agenda is no longer enough. Instead, our company—today known as School Specialty Planning & Student Development—designs planners, tools, and strategies that prompt students to build deep skills that will help them engage with the world on their own.
