What Is San Diego City College?

As you walk about campus, you will see we are in the midst of renovating and expanding our campus to better meet your needs. The Academic Success Center in the L-Building will open in 2009 offering a one-stop shop for tutoring, advisement and a host of other student services. The new five-story Career Technology Center at 16th and B Streets will provide a new home for our photography, cosmetology and nursing programs. As well as add 700 new parking spaces for students. Be sure to take the time explore our beautiful new Seeds at City Urban Farm near the Learning Resource Center. Seeds at City offers students scholarship opportunities and a unique outdoor learning environment. San Diego City College is a public, two-year community college administered by the San Diego Community College District. Serving as the educational cornerstone of downtown San Diego, the college offers more than 100 majors, 100 certificate programs and 1,500 classes each semester to 16,000 students
