Salad Days has a determined focus on honesty and right ways of working. “We believe in doing less, but doing it well. This essentially means that we don't want to be everywhere in terms of our menu / expertise / positioning and so on. We wish to be salad experts and most convenient provider of best healthy food.” It is with this attitude that we have a clear focus on product more than anything else. Whether it is the robust supply chain for procuring best possible veggies and fruits from various belts of India, or importing best extra virgin olive oils, cheese and vinegars, or building a robust IT system on their own, we have gone all out on their core elements.
