About us Established in 1992 Synectics Solutions is an independently owned data management company, employing over 190 staff over three secure sites. We run managed database services for many blue chip clients, handling billions of rows of data worldwide. Our company culture is something we are very proud of and stems from the way we encourage our staff to participate in the development of their own environment. We have many examples of staff that came to us for their placement year and have since returned upon graduating, several of these are now successful managers! We have our own catering facility called the CoachHouse, where staff can order anything from a “guilt free” fresh fruit salad to a homemade roast dinner with all the trimmings! They even bake you a cake on your birthday! In addition the team cater for visitors and are renowned for the exceptional buffets they produce. Tea ladies nurture staff and visitors alike with hot and cold drinks, across both our sites. For many years now we have supported various charities through company activities and social events, raising lots of money for worthwhile causes. For 2010/11 our charities are Little Hearts Matter, Edwards Trust and Donna Louise Trust. Just a few of the events we have organised to date are a 60’s themed charity car wash, sponsored walks and once a month a dress down day, where the staff pay to come to work in home clothes. All monies raised by individuals are matched by Synectics to add to the ever increasing charity pot! Regular social activities take place including “Friday football” and badminton games or there are more sedentary events organised for the less energetic!
