What Is SKS Studio?

SKS Studio is a full-service master planning and landscape architecture firm, which specializes in large-scale mixed-use and hospitality related projects. Since 1997, Sean Simms has participated in projects in more than 30 countries and has been responsible for executing projects totaling more than $2 billion in construction.\r\n\r\nOur focus is to design through the development of experiences. To achieve this, we continually strive to create fully immersive environments that capture the imagination of the user.\r\n\r\nWe believe that to understand our client’s vision and to be able to execute that vision is at the core of our design principals. By understanding how our designs can benefit from their surroundings, enhance the environment, and respond to economic reality, we can create places that continually improve over time – this is our definition of “sustainability”.\r\n\r\nWe embrace the collaborative design process.
