We changed our name in 2005 to better reflect our services, including the ability to do all North America load planning from Chicago at a very competitive rate. About the Owner Mousa Alia manages and operates Royal Aviation. He has over 30 years of experience in the airline industry and has been involved in many facets of training. He fully understands the complexities of the business and makes sure that his staff is experienced, knowledgeable, and responsive to customer needs.
