We are a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center). Our Home Office along with a dental office is located in Ratcliff, AR. In addition to this clinic, we have the Northside Clinic located in Fort Smith, the Mountainburg Family Clinic, the Mulberry Family Clinic, & the Barling Family Clinic.
