The Richman Group provides asset management services to more than 90 public, private and institutional investment funds. Our nearly 13,000 individual and 70 corporate investors rely on our team approach to asset management to ensure that each of the properties achieves its investment objective. This approach has enabled our funds to achieve a national reputation for high levels of investment performance. Our goal is to maximize the fundamental asset performance and mitigate overall portfolio risk.
