Richard Brady & Associates (BRADY) was founded in 1999 as a professional services firm specializing in the design and construction management of water and wastewater facilities. Our many successes have resulted in substantial growth in terms of company size and service offerings. Having successfully managed many multi-million dollar projects as a construction management firm, the transition to become a general contractor was made with relative ease. With our Construction Management (CM) core competencies in place, we ventured into CM-At Risk and general contracting with the same superlative results. Combined with our substantial capabilities and experience in engineering design, we quickly demonstrated our proficiency in the design/build and performance-based contracting arenas.
