Rent Small Small Ltd. is a technology based property rental solution. Our vision is to improve rental experience and increase occupancy rate in Nigeria. We do this by work with good property owners to make their properties quickly rentable, and profitable, yet liveable and affordable to tenants. Our business model is unique as it allows verified tenants to pay rent flexibly, and we provide first of its kind rent insurance for property owners against rent default. Unlike traditional agents, we don't charge agency and legal fee. We presently operate from Lagos, Nigeria, and plan to expand into other major cities across Nigeria.
