Ratner Companies is a family-oriented company with seven salon brands, each designed to meet the many needs and personalities of our clients. We have more than 10,000 Stylists, and we're growing each year. We were founded by Dennis Ratner, a licensed Stylist who grew up doing hair in his father's Washington, D.C. hair salon. Dennis' brother Warren, his nephew Gary, daughters Kelly and Lauren and first wife Ann all play significant roles at Ratner Companies. His extended family of Stylists, Field Leaders and home office Associates complete the recipe for success.
