What Is Rapid City Rush?

The Rapid City Rush is a proud member of the ECHL. Playing its inaugural season in the 2008-09 CHL campaign, the Rush is gearing up to celebrate its 11th season of hockey in the Black Hills! In the last decade, the team has accomplished so much, including capturing the 2010 CHL Championship in just the second year of existence, and welcoming their One-Millionth Fan through the doors of Rushmore Plaza Civic Center during the 2013-14 CHL season! The Rush is located in Rapid City, South Dakota, and play in the 5,119 seat Rushmore Plaza Civic Center Ice Arena.
