Since R & M Construction Co. began remodeling homes in 1998, we’ve seen new housing construction quickly changing the landscape of our area. We started with an idea that’s become more important to our industry and society– that existing houses could be maintained and improved with less cost to the environment than new construction. We also knew that there were many valuable homes in the area, and many people who had their own reasons for wanting to stay in their house – a great neighborhood, wonderful memories, or being in the place they love. Our team consists of our staff, trades people, designers, and suppliers. We have the experience to coordinate all the phases of a project, keeping our client’s comfort and safety in mind, and also focusing on many different tasks to bring the whole project together. Our systems are important too, so that a client knows what the steps are to go from “thinking about it”, to begin planning, budgeting, and finally making their dream a reality.
